1.Use camera to check if the japanese people comes to get the whales for other people to scare them away.
2.use a sonic speaker to scare away the whales.
3.make a whale in water proof and lead them to the deep water.
4.make a wall but put in windows
5.make a robot whale and make it take the whales away.
