Recipe for kutais

Ingredients:                      material:
2 Potato                          An Electric frying pan
2 Onion                             a peeler  
1 cup of chickpea powder  a wooden spoon
Salt for the taste                a few plates
4 cups of olive oil              Some paper napkin
2 cups of water                  A tea towel
Some black pepper            A knife
                                         A big bowl                                  
                                  

Instruction:



1.use a peeler and peel off the skin of the potato and onion and roughly chop the potato and the onions.

2.Make a Batter the chickpea powder with  2 cups of water and mix it 10 times.

3.after mixing the chickpea powder put the chopped potato and onion and mix it for five minutes to mix.  

4.after mixing for five minute get your Electric frying pan and turn it on you a rather use your wooden spoon or your hands.

5.use your timer and time it 1 minute after that flip it over and wait another 1 minute.

6.use the knife to get it out and get a few plates and wait for 3 minutes to cool of  because it might be hot for you.

7.after that enjoy your food.
